Applications for the summer 2023 workshop are now open! Please note that while the program seeks to enroll as many students as possible, space is limited. An application does not guarantee a spot in the program. Program staff will contact applicants regarding their status on or around June 1st. Please review the information below before applying.

May 15th 2023 – Application deadline

June 1st, 2023 – Applicants begin being notified of their status in the program

June 22nd, 2023 – Orientation for accepted applicants

June 25th, 2023 – First day of the workshop

July 26th, 2023 – Final day of the workshop

Off the Block will meet Tuesday through Friday, 10am to 4pm, June 25th through July 26th at UCR ARTS. (There will be no sessions on Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th.)

Eligibility

All Riverside-area high school students who were enrolled in 9th through 12th grade as of Spring 2024, including students who graduated in Spring 2024, are welcome to apply.
