Join us for an abstract mixed media workshop with artist Richard Allen May III inspired by artists in the exhibition David C. Driskell & Friends: Creativity, Collaboration, and Friendship. 

Drop by early at 1pm for an artist talk with Richard for the exhibition, Be a Man: Richard Allen May III’s Exploration of Black Masculinity in a White Patriarchal Society.

This workshop is recommended for adults. Students under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.

This program is organized in collaboration with the Civil Rights Institute of Inland Southern California and is supported by the Teiger Foundation, UCR College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences, and the City of Riverside.
