On Saturday, February 10, 3-6pm, UCR ARTS hosts its Winter Reception. Come check out the current exhibitions, including Ballast: Recent Aesthetic Practices in Response to Anti-Blackness; The Impact of Images: Mamie Till’s Courage from Tragedy; and Whatever Happened to Dyno-Woman? at the Culver Center of the Arts, and Recent Acquisitions: Zoe Crosher; Telling Them Apart: Eileen Cowin & Jonesy; Jon Henry, Stranger Fruit; Every Day We Have to Invent the Reality of This World: AI Post Photography and Be A Man: Richard Allen May III’s Exploration of Black Masculinity in a White Patriarchal Society at the California Museum of Photography.
