Join UCR Gluck Fellow Lucila Tosolino for a special family-friendly morning of music, art, and self-expression! As part of the “Fall of Freedom” series, this interactive workshop explores how art and music can be powerful tools to share our voices and create positive change.
The session will kick off with a special live traverse flute performance of Beethoven’s uplifting “Ode to Joy.” Following the music, families will work together on hands-on creative projects. We will craft our own simple musical instruments from everyday materials and design colorful banners and signs with positive messages.
Whether you love music, painting, or crafting, come make some noise, create beautiful art, and let your voice be heard!
