Join us on Sunday, May 3 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. to celebrate two high school exhibitions opening at UCR ARTS!

Storytelling Through Photography: Inland Empire Students Inspired by Lenard Smith celebrates photographic work created by students from Riverside STEM High School and Vista Murrieta High School in a workshop led by artist and educator Lenard Smith, inspired by his work featured in Lenard Smith: Fortuitous Encounters.

Storytelling Through Photography: Inland Empire Students Inspired by Transgresoras features the work of 30 students from four different schools who created self-portrait collage works inspired by the exhibition Transgresoras: Mail Art and Messages, 1960s-2020s.

The event will also feature Family First Sunday drop-in art activities and light refreshments. Celebrate the creative expression of these high school students with us!
