Event Info
This workshop proposes a meeting of art and literature based on the work of artist Fariba Hajamadi, on display at UCR ARTS. Through close observation of the exhibition, each participant will choose what most impacts them or sparks questions. Using clippings, textures, and various materials, we will create personal collages, which can function as portraits, self-portraits, or visual reflections on what the exhibition inspires. Each collage can be complemented with a title, a phrase, or a short text: words that accompany the creation and give it voice. No previous experience is required; just a desire to explore one’s own perspective and express it from an intimate and artistic perspective.
Bilingual workshop (Spanish and English).
